The Store tab in the Customer Dashboard is a set of quick shortcuts to the SmartXHosting product catalogue. Rather than navigating out to the main website, you can jump straight from your dashboard to the specific product category you want to order from. This guide walks through each shortcut accessed via smartxhosting.uk/login and highlights which products suit which UK business stage.

¶ Reaching the Store tab
Sign in at smartxhosting.uk/login and click the Store icon in the sidebar.
The Store shows shortcut tiles for each major product category. Clicking any tile opens the relevant product page with parameter comparisons to help you pick the right plan.
¶ Web Shops
SmartXHosting’s ecommerce hosting plans — tuned for WooCommerce, Magento/MageOS and PrestaShop. The Web Shops shortcut shows Shop Boutique (5GB), Shop Market (25GB) and Shop Hypermarket (50GB) side by side with storage, resource and feature comparisons.
Best for: new UK ecommerce brands, growing shops scaling out of Shopify, B2B merchants needing Magento-level flexibility.

Web hosting for non-ecommerce websites — marketing sites, WordPress blogs, brochure sites, SaaS landing pages, small-business presence. The Web Pages shortcut shows the WP Minimum, WP Standard and WP Maximum plans with features compared.

Q: How does add-on billing work?
