The Services tab in the Customer Dashboard lists every SmartXHosting product you currently hold — hosting plans, email accounts, domain-linked services, SSL certificates, managed applications, virtual servers. From here you access every per-service management page: passwords, upgrades, renewals, DNS, email accounts and cancellation. This guide walks through the layout, the action toolbar, and the patterns UK merchants use daily to manage their SmartXHosting accounts via smartxhosting.uk/login.

Sign in at smartxhosting.uk/login and click the Services icon on the left sidebar menu. Alternatively, click the Services info tile on the Dashboard tab.

All your services on one screen
The Services tab in the SmartXHosting Customer Dashboard gives you a single view of every hosting plan, domain, email mailbox and SSL certificate — billed in GBP, managed from the UK.
Open the Customer DashboardQ: A service shows Pending but I placed the order hours ago.
A: Contact support. Pending beyond a few hours typically means an activation step is waiting on manual review or a payment confirmation delay.
Q: Can I see cancelled services?
A: Yes — the Actions toolbar includes a “View Cancelled Services” link. Useful for historical record or if you want to reinstate a similar service.
Q: How do I filter the service list by status?
A: Use the filter controls above the list to show only Active, Pending, Suspended etc. Useful when you have many services.
Q: What happens if I don’t pay a renewal invoice?
A: The service moves to Overdue, then Suspended after a grace period (typically 7–14 days depending on product), then Terminated. Renew or pay before the grace period ends to avoid disruption.
Q: Can I transfer a service to another SmartXHosting account?
A: Contact support. Transfers require identity verification on both sides and billing reconciliation.
Q: What if a service needs a major upgrade (e.g. Shop Boutique to Shop Hypermarket)?
A: Use the service’s Manage page › Upgrade/Downgrade Options if available, or open a support ticket for the SmartXHosting team to plan the move with zero downtime.
Q: I have a service showing as Fraud status.
A: Open a support ticket with verification details (ID, order reference, alternative contact). Fraud is automatically assigned by fraud-detection rules; support reviews and clears false positives.
